Return Process

Ensure the appliance is in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories included; our team will verify the item's condition upon arrival.
- 3.Schedule Pickup or Drop-off
Once approved, you can return the item to any of our store locations or schedule a professional pickup service for larger appliances.
- 4.Refund Processing
After a successful inspection, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
